Mombasa North coast has a large selection of budget and mid-range priced hotels. Some are located along sandy beaches, creeks and in small towns along the Mombasa - Kilifi Road. Others are located in the up-market Nyali area of Mombasa.

The majority of budget and mid-range hotels, apartments and self catering cottages in the north coast of Mombasa are on second or third rows from the beach.

The ones located right on the beach are relatively more expensive and require advance booking, especially during peak and high season periods.

Rates for hotels on our portfolio are for 2 people (double) sharing per night and on Bed & Breakfast basis unless otherwise indicated for the specific hotel. We have included hotels, guest houses and apartments in Mtwapa town, about 10 kms from Mombasa city center. Mtwapa has a number of very good value for money accommodation options. Public transport to and from Mtwapa to Mombasa town is available on 24 hours basis!

Rates for apartments and cottages are on self catering basis. You will find some excellent apartments, and which are fairly priced, in Mombasa north coast.

Rates for all styles of accommodation may vary by upto 200% during the high and peak seasons, moreso around the Xmas / New Year festive period when demand for accommodation is extremely high.
