Rates subject to change without notice. However, rooms booked with a deposit or paid for in full will not be subject to any changes in rates.
A deposit of 50% towards your total bill for your stay at New Palm Tree Hotel is payable to tentatively confirm your accommodation. Your 50% deposit is payable either via Electronic Bank Fund Transfer (SWIFT EFT) or through the Western Union / Safaricom International Mobile Money Transfer service for overseas clients by using your credit card. The balance of 50% is payable 14 days prior to your check-in date. If booking is made with less than 14 days to date of check-in, then full payment is applicable to confirm your booking.
However, the above accommodation booking criteria will not apply for clients checking in as from 10th December 2012 to 7th January 2013 when full payment is required prior to confirmation of your accommodation.
Upon receipt of your initial deposit, we will send you a Tentative Booking Confirmation Voucher, as an email attachment, which will also acknowldge receipt of your deposit and will show your check-in / check-out dates and room type booked. Upon receipt of your balance, we will send you a Booking Confirmation Voucher, as an e-mail attachment, and which you will present at the New Palm Tree Hotel reception desk upon arrival.
