Children below 12 years sharing parents room are charged at 50% of above rates. Children below 12 years staying in their own room pay 75% of above rates.
Supplement during Easter (22nd - 25th April 2011), Xmas (24th, 25th, 26th & 31st Dec 2011) and New Year (1st Jan 2012) will apply.
Rates subject to change without notice. However, rooms booked with a deposit or paid for in full will not be subject to any changes in rates.
A minimum deposit of 25% towards your total bill for your stay at Kilifi Bay Beach Hotel is payable to tentatively confirm your accommodation. Your 25% deposit is payable either via Electronic Bank Fund Transfer (SWIFT EFT) or through the Western Union / Safaricom International Mobile Money Transfer service for overseas clients by using your credit card. If you reside or are already in Kenya, you can make your payment via Safaricom M-Pesa to 0712 918 589 or direct bank deposit, details available upon request.
The balance of 75% is payable 21 days prior to your check-in date. If booking is made with less than 21 days to date of check-in, then full payment is applicable to confirm your booking.
However, the above does not apply for bookings from 15th December 2011 to 15th February 2012 when full payment is required prior to confirmation of your accommodation.
Upon receipt of your initial deposit, we will send you a Tentative Booking Confirmation Voucher, as an email attachment, which will also acknowldge receipt of your deposit and will show your check-in / check-out dates and room type booked. Upon receipt of your balance, we will send you a Booking Confirmation Voucher, as an e-mail attachment, and which you will present at the Kilifi Bay Beach Hotel reception desk upon arrival.
